We deliver pan India and most international pincodes. There may be a possibility that we may not be able to deliver at certain locations. We regret such and we are continuously working on it.

Is shipping chargeable?
We do free domestic shipping worth Rs 999 or above. Orders below Rs 999 are chargeable. All international shipments would be chargeable. For more details please refer to our shipping and payment policy.
If we are unable to deliver?
If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier partner will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to us and your account will be refunded for the order amount.
Can I cancel my order, what about the refund, is replacement possible?

Orders cancelled by HEM Crafts?
HEM Crafts reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement cannot be met. HEM Crafts will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, or any applicable refund will be made within a reasonable time frame.

What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?
HEM Crafts believes in making your shopping experience perfect. However, if you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern by clicking on the Return/Replace option in your account/orders page within the mentioned period. We will look at it and get back to you. Can I change the shipping address for my particular order?
Once with an order already placed, you will not be able to make any further changes to your shipping address for that particular order.
How do I add more products to my order placed on HEM Crafts?
At HEM Crafts, you can add more items to your cart before you complete your transaction. Once an order number is generated you will not be able to add more items to the same order. But need more items? Then go ahead and place a new order! We will be happy to serve you.
Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?
We do not want to restrict you from shopping at your preferred online store and thus there are no restrictions on quantity that you can order.

What is the minimum and maximum amount for COD?
The minimum amount for COD is Rs. 249 and maximum amount is Rs. 10000.
What should I do if a transaction fails?
Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons so don’t panic!! Information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking). Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 7 working days.The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. How can I be sure of an item’s color?
We do our best to describe an item’s color in each description we write. We hold eachproduct to the window to observe the color in natural light. In spite of our best intentions, we can never guarantee exact colors or color matching because of this simple fact, variations in monitor or mobile color settings are just too wide from device to device.
